Tyrone Adras,

Mr. Adras possesses extensive trial experience, having first-chaired over 40 bench and jury trials – including a wide array of varieties of complex commercial actions in state court, federal court, and arbitration proceedings. For example, his experience includes litigation involving fraudulent transfers, financial services, lender liability, and the Uniform Commercial Code. Mr. Adras has counseled and represented financial institutions and other institutional lenders and servicers in complex commercial litigation proceedings.

In addition, Mr. Adras is experienced in products liability matters at both the state and federal levels having represented automotive companies as well as medical products and pharmaceutical device manufacturers.

Mr. Adras also has extensive commercial litigation experience in equine matters involving claims of breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and claims of deceptive and unfair acts
