In multiple articles, the Chicago Tribune noted G&M’s leading role in an effort by the Northern Indiana Toll Road Authority, Inc. (a joint venture between LaPorte and Lake Counties, Indiana) to acquire the lease rights associated with the Indiana Toll Road via a multi-billion dollar auction process approved pursuant to that certain Joint Prepackaged Plan of Reorganization of ITR Concession Company LLC, et al., confirmed by United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
